Job Summary
EVOL Crew Leader leading EVOL machine operations on 2nd shift (3p-11p) with potential overtime/weekends; trains for 1st shift; responsible for operating EVOL equipment to customer specifications, leading and developing team members, coordinating training and coverage, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring accurate data entry (Kiwi Plan/FFF) to capture waste/production. Requires basic English, ability to read manuals, read tape measures, perform basic math, physical stamina for manufacturing environment, PPE usage, and willingness to switch shifts as needed. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English
- Ability to read materials to understand and apply content (instruction manuals, procedure manuals)
- Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Willingness to train for min 3 weeks on 1st shift
- Ability to stand and walk continuously with physical movement (kneeling, crouching, squatting, bending, climbing)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in uncontrolled temperature environments (hot or cold)
- Flexibility to switch shifts with ample notice
- Willingness to work on machines and manufacturing floor areas
- Data entry and accuracy using Kiwi Plan/FFF
- Familiarity with EVOLs and RDC components a plus
- Genuine desire to train and develop others, and lead the team
- Must wear safety gear (PPE) as required
