Evisceration Technician-Day shift

Perform all positions on the evisceration line on a rotation basis. Participate in team meetings and foster cohesiveness regarding direction, annual plans, and policy changes. Identify areas lacking team synergy and work with the team leader to resolve issues. Maintain familiarity with Simmons operating systems, including quality, security, and LEAN principles. Work in a plant environment requiring standing, reaching, and moderate physical effort while using required PPE such as waterproof footwear and hearing protection. Apply basic math skills and English grammar knowledge as needed for the role.
