Job Summary

Monitor Auto Transfer Table lines to keep shackles full while identifying and removing septic birds. Sort birds at 35+ BPM, inspect gizzards for yellow peel, injesta, and bile contamination at 210 per minute, and perform final trims to remove undesired defects. Salvage, vacuum, and wash birds per FSQA requirements. Communicate with leadership and process control regarding flock, bird, or equipment issues. Maintain a clean work area and develop working relationships with USDA personnel. Work 8-to-10-hour shifts in a hot, humid environment.

Flexibility to work in changing environment and adjust to various production demands
May be asked to rotate to positions between departments or positions
