Job Summary
Support daily administrative needs for MST and FFT programs by collaborating with supervisors and consultants to develop goals, maintain stable funding, and implement necessary practices. Identify and solve program-level barriers while monitoring outcomes, cost effectiveness, and required reports for agency administration and funding sources. Develop personnel procedures and assist in hiring supervisors and therapists in coordination with consultants. Track progress and prepare simple reports on program outcomes and funding as required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject area
- A valid, unrestricted, SC driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Independent licensure (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT, LAC)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
