Clean resident apartments, common areas, and facility spaces to ensure a sanitary, safe, and pleasant living environment. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, while disinfecting bathrooms, fixtures, and high-touch areas. Make beds, change linens, empty trash, and restock supplies. Follow infection prevention, safety, and OSHA guidelines when using chemicals and equipment. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or resident concerns to the appropriate department. Treat residents, families, and coworkers with courtesy and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
