Job Summary
Technical Project Manager to drive execution for priority Platform Engineering initiatives (AWS, data center infrastructure, CI/CD, software deployment, observability, ITSM, and operational maturity). Own project planning, define milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups; maintain RAID logs; track progress in Jira; partner with Program Manager for prioritization and health; collaborate with Scrum Master on sprint execution; ensure documentation and playbooks are completed; prepare clear stakeholder updates and executive-ready project summaries; role requires strong technical fluency across infrastructure, cloud, SRE, and DevOps, and the ability to hold teams accountable to dates and decisions. Role is fully remote and based in the United States with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management, project coordination, delivery management, or a similar role supporting software, infrastructure, cloud, or platform teams
- 4+ years of experience building and maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and status updates
- 3+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence for project management
- 3+ years of experience producing project health reporting for leadership audiences
- Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to produce executive-ready updates
- Experience coordinating with engineering, infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, platform, or operations teams
- Experience supporting sprint coordination, ceremonies, and agile delivery practices
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders
- Healthcare technology or healthcare SaaS familiarity preferred
- HIPAA/HITRUST familiarity preferred
