Job Summary
Revenue Analytics Manager (EverHealth) focusing on post-sale analytics and CX-aligned insights within EverHealth's RevOps. You will own the Customer Health Scorecard, define CX metrics, surface churn and expansion signals, translate Voice of Customer into prioritized recommendations, and drive efficiency and NRR. The role blends hands-on analytics (70% post-sale analytics, 30% RevOps insights) with strategic partnership to CX, Account Management, Onboarding, and Support. You will develop and maintain dashboards, leverage AI/ML tools to automate reporting, model churn risk, and inform product and CX decisions. This senior individual contributor role also involves managing one direct report, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, CX, and Finance, and staying current on AI analytics trends. Eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship; remote-first with possible travel to North American offices. Target base compensation ranges from $96,000 to $130,000 per year, plus incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or revenue/customer analytics in a B2B SaaS or health-tech environment
- Demonstrated experience building customer health models, churn frameworks, or retention analytics in a post-sale context
- Demonstrated impact on improving operational metrics, time to value, NPS, forecasting accuracy, and VoC programs
- Experience using AI tools in a professional analytics context
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar)
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
- Comfortable presenting to senior leaders with a point of view
- Proactive, opinionated, and results-focused
- Strong systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent project management with attention to detail
- 1+ year of people management or mentoring experience
- Preferred: RevOps or GTM analytics experience; familiarity with customer success platforms; experience with cohort modeling, LTV analysis, or capacity planning; healthcare or health-tech background; experience with LLM APIs or AI-assisted analytics tools
