Job Summary
Facilitate and solve problems by building internal and external relationships focused on enabling customer growth, satisfaction, and product loyalty. Develop strong stakeholder relationships to ensure the best possible customer experience while monitoring product usage to drive adoption, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and grow monthly recurring revenue. Create individual success plans for each customer to ensure adoption, expansion, and loyalty across your portfolio. Act as an expert on the EverHealth Platforms by maintaining a deep understanding of our technology and sharing best product workflows that help customers close process gaps and improve success metrics. This role requires a strong service delivery project and program management background with deep healthcare expertise, offering a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 USD for a remote position in the US.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-4 years relevant service/relationship management experience
- Prior SaaS account management experience
- healthcare industry experience
- Experience handling multiple tasks
- A willingness to take initiative and solve problems
- An orientation toward constantly improving processes and management best practices
- A willingness to share with the team practices at your prior companies that helped create great customer experiences
- Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
- This role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America
Desired Qualifications
