Job Summary
Schedule peer-to-peer calls with medical insurance payers and Physician Advisors while updating activity status in the Physician Advisory Portal. Maintain client and advisor records, coordinate communication via phone and virtual meetings, and support new hires with onboarding logistics. Provide operational assistance for remote advisors, including EMR access setup and troubleshooting, while managing administrative communications and resolving undeliverable mail. Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders to support data collection, reporting, and special projects. Present updates during team meetings and coordinate calendar management for leadership. Work full-time remote hours Monday through Friday from 9 PM to 5 AM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- 1-2 years of medical terminology knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Adept at using standard computer hardware, email, and internet resources
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a smart-phone or electronic device capable of downloading applications, for multifactor authentication and security purposes
- Must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress
- Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 9PM - 5AM (Night Shift)
- Work Setup: Fulltime Permanent Remote
