Job Summary
Promote individual and institutional mortgage products to clients while overseeing the correct integration of individual credit files in compliance with institutional norms. Ensure accurate credit origination to guarantee service quality, tracking strategies for current client attention and scheduling visits to sales managers for commercial alliances. Visit real estate developments to position the BBVA mortgage brand as the primary credit placement option and provide client counseling on products through the signing of deeds. Drive the promotion and diffusion of mortgage credits, liquidity, refinancing, and remodeling services, managing the full analysis and control of files until formalization. Requires a minimum of three years in the banking sector with a proven commercial track record and strict adherence to applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el sector bancario
- Historial comprobable de cumplimiento de metas y objetivos comerciales
- Experiencia y conocimiento en prospección de clientes
- Experiencia en el sector financiero
- Conocimiento y estricto apego a las normativas
