Job Summary
Advise potential clients on mortgage credit options, explaining terms, conditions, and requirements. Conduct financial analysis and evaluate client eligibility for mortgage loans. Manage the full origination process from initial acquisition to operation formalization. Coordinate with internal legal, valuation, and risk areas to ensure proper execution. Maintain an active client portfolio, fostering loyalty and pursuing cross-selling opportunities. Meet established credit placement targets and stay updated on market trends and applicable regulations. Prepare follow-up and performance reports for your portfolio. Requires a degree in economic-administrative areas and minimum two years of experience in mortgage credit placement.
Required Qualifications
- Licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas (Finanzas, Contaduría, Administración, Economía, etc.) o carrera afín
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en la colocación y gestión de créditos hipotecarios, preferentemente en el sector bancario
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado hipotecario, productos y servicios financieros
- Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación, negociación y servicio al cliente
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y enfocado a resultados
- Proactividad, autonomía y excelentes habilidades organizativas
- Manejo de herramientas de Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a nivel intermedio
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en Irapuato, Gto.
