Job Summary
Support clients with memory care needs by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility transfers. Provide companionship, prepare meals, and maintain a structured environment while monitoring for safety concerns and changes in condition. Accompany the client to appointments and errands as needed, complete accurate care documentation, and communicate updates to the office. This ongoing assignment features 12-hour shifts seven days per week with a 30-mile commute, though complimentary housing is available for caregivers who prefer not to return home after their shift.
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State HCA, CNA, or NAC credential
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test or screening
- Current Washington State Food Worker Card
- Valid government-issued photo identification
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable phone access for work-related communication
- Ability to complete onboarding requirements
- Availability to work assigned 12-hour shifts
- Comfort working with clients who have memory care needs
