Job Summary
Provides diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting in-person at partner SNF/LTC facilities; collaborates with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff for holistic patient care; completes timely documentation in the EMR (Athena I); complies with agency policies; requires Master’s-level credential and Washington licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LPC); NPI; Medicaid/Medicare credentialing is a plus; additional requirements include TB test and CPR/AED/First Aid certification; bilingual Spanish is a plus; benefits include flexible scheduling, PTO, holidays, CEU support, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree
- Washington licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPC
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent written communication
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
