EverCommerce - Web Developer

Web Developer II responsible for building, updating, and optimizing EverCommerce’s marketing websites across a multi-product portfolio. Own end-to-end execution from CMS configuration and front-end implementation to performance optimization and QA. Collaborate with Marketing, SEO/AEO/GEO, and Design, drive site health and conversion infrastructure, implement technical SEO/schema markup, manage CRO and A/B testing, ensure WCAG accessibility, and coordinate with external partners. Leverage HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (vanilla; React/Next.js a plus), PHP (Laravel a plus), and major CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS) to deliver responsive, fast, and accessible marketing pages across multiple product domains. Maintain Core Web Vitals, implement image optimization and lazy loading, configure GTM/GA4, and support landing-page variants with robust tracking. Participate in cross-functional teams, document deployment and governance, and support CI/CD workflows with Git. The role is globally distributed with flexible work arrangements; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship. Travel to North America offices or HQ may be required.
