Job Summary
Assist with VIP Dining and premium hospitality operations before, during, and after Carolina Ascent FC home matches at American Legion Memorial Stadium. Support setup and breakdown of VIP spaces, including tables, linens, décor, and signage, while providing exceptional customer service to guests, partners, and supporters throughout the matchday. Monitor hospitality areas, communicate guest needs to leadership, and assist with entertainment elements like national anthems and special activations. Communicate effectively with event staff and vendors to ensure seamless execution, then manage post-event cleanup and organization of all event materials. This seasonal, part-time role requires working 4–5 hours per home match, arriving before gates open, and remaining through postgame responsibilities until dismissed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for Carolina Ascent FC home matchdays, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
- Ability to assist with moving and organizing event materials
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced event setting
