Job Summary
Events Team Member serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering excellent customer service and helping create memorable experiences. Responsibilities include: operating event procedures, acting as liaison between venue and guests, setting up and breaking down equipment (sound systems, scoreboards, game fields, signage, tournament offices, locker rooms, restrooms, parking), cash handling, collaborating with coworkers and guests, following safety procedures, conducting safety inspections, enforcing safety guidelines, adhering to facility and local health and safety laws, and performing duties assigned by management. The role requires a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays), strong communication, multitasking in a high-volume environment, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.
