Job Summary
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact national client events and sponsorships to elevate Liberty Mutual Canada's brand; manage event strategy, budgeting, venue sourcing, vendor coordination, invitations, RSVP tracking, promotional items, and on-site materials; oversee corporate charitable donations and participation in Liberty Mutual–organized events; coordinate internal meetings and large-scale employee events; ensure adherence to brand standards and timelines; require strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency in MS Office, CMS (WordPress), email marketing tools, and project management software; travel as needed and prior experience in financial services or insurance is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 – 5 years of relevant work experience in events management or marketing - including experience leading and coordinating events and sponsorships at both local and national levels required.
