Job Summary

This role supports the PAC technical team by providing technical assistance with lights, sound, and staging, including AV setup and execution with Q-Lab, projectors, PowerPoint, video switches, and related equipment. The candidate will train and collaborate with technical students, assist in initial client outreach about technical needs, and cover box office and facility supervision as needed. Administrative duties include long-range planning of equipment change-overs, maintaining technical calendars and inventory, and scheduling student workers in TEAMS. The position operates on a predominantly midafternoon/night and weekend schedule within a 40-hour work week.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four (4) years of related experience
  • Additional education may be considered as a substitute for the minimum experience requirement: Associate’s degree with two (2) years of related experience or Bachelor’s degree
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Event driven work schedule requiring mostly midafternoon/night and weekend shifts
