Job Summary
Plan and execute Jane's exhibitor presence at approximately 30 industry conferences and tradeshows annually, managing booth setup, staffing, assets, and onsite customer engagement. Own end-to-end portfolio management for events across Canada and the US, coordinating logistics with vendors, venues, and shipping partners while tracking budgets and maintaining accurate records. Track performance metrics including leads captured and cost per lead, document learnings for continuous improvement, and streamline operations using templates and automation tools. This role supports long-term growth by ensuring consistent, professional show-ups at industry events to deepen relationships and drive engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience executing a company's exhibitor presence at industry tradeshows and conferences, including booth logistics and onsite execution
- Experience supporting or executing a high volume of industry tradeshows (15+ per year), often managing multiple shows at once
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, assets, and details across multiple tradeshows
- Experience tracking tradeshow budgets, coordinating with vendors, and supporting invoice tracking and post-event reconciliation
- Familiarity with tradeshow performance metrics such as leads captured, attendee engagement, cost per lead, and ROI
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with team and cross-functional partners
