Job Summary

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events (in-person and virtual) for Experience Tulsa, developing concepts, schedules, and logistics; manage vendor relationships, site visits, contract negotiations, and on-site setup; collaborate with marketing to promote events, oversee registration and attendee communications, track budgets, and analyze post-event feedback to inform future planning; require hands-on, detail-oriented multitasking, strong problem-solving and attendee engagement skills, and a willingness to work a hybrid schedule in Tulsa, OK.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • 2.5+ years of experience in event planning and coordination for small to large-scale events
  • Proficiency in event management software (Eventbrite, Asana) and related tools
  • Strong organizational, budgeting, vendor negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work hybrid schedule in Tulsa, OK, with evenings/weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel locally and lift/move items as part of event setup and execution
