Events Specialist, APAC

Job Summary
Develop and manage regional education events across APAC, including webinars, virtual sessions, in-person conferences, and hybrid formats. Drive planning and execution from event creation in Salesforce EMT, invitation and registration management, attendee tracking, and post-event updates. Improve tools and workflows within the EMT playbook, partner with IT and stakeholders to test and deploy event platforms and digital education portals, and ensure seamless integration with internal systems. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed to support APAC events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Events Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event management (regional, corporate, healthcare, or education-related events)
- Experience using event management systems, webinar platforms, and digital event tools
- Strong execution skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong project coordination abilities
- Willingness to travel across APAC approximately 20% of the time
