Job Summary
Conduct events tours with prospective customers and review contract details for accuracy. Assist in following up with prospects, recording information in Events Management Software, and supporting on-site operations including attendee assistance. Communicate with clients, vendors, and sponsors to answer questions, while tracking budgets, timelines, and milestones. Help with marketing initiatives, content creation, and campaign development. Bachelor's degree in hospitality or events sales a plus; ability to work occasional nights and/or weekends.
