Job Summary
Execute promotional strategies and manage logistics for LaCroix Sparkling Water brand activations, including sourcing leads, coordinating inventory, and overseeing onsite teams. Identify and plan regional events and sponsorships while collaborating with internal marketing, digital, and sales teams to support broader initiatives. Manage relationships with promotional agencies and vendors, track budgets, and capture event data for post-event reporting. Travel frequently (30–50%) to manage builds and ensure positive brand representation. Requires 2–4 years of experiential marketing experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, consumer promotions, or brand marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing processes with the ability to execute marketing campaigns and activations
- Outstanding organizational, project management, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Passion for consumer engagement, wellness, and lifestyle brands
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ability to lift and transport event materials
- Must be able to pass a Company drug screen and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Beverage, consumer packaged goods, public relations, events, or promotions agency experience is a plus
- Experience interviewing, hiring, training, or managing promotional staff is preferred
- Experience managing or coordinating with outside agencies and vendors preferred
- Familiarity with social media and e-marketing methodologies is a plus
- Familiarity with Northeast or West Coast/Pacific event markets is a plus
