Job Summary

Lead sourcing and end-to-end operational execution for small- and medium-sized corporate meetings, offsites, executive meetings, trainings, and customer engagements. Manage venue sourcing, contract negotiations, room blocks, group air, and ground transportation while partnering with Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, Workplace, Security, and business stakeholders. Help build and operationalize Snowflake's global Meetings & Events strategy, including governance, intake processes, planning standards, and service models. Develop preferred supplier relationships, lead RFPs, and negotiate favorable commercial terms to drive measurable cost savings. Implement and optimize event technology, including sourcing platforms, booking tools, registration systems, and AI-enabled workflows. Build dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility into spend, supplier performance, savings, compliance, and program health. Develop playbooks and standardized processes to enable scalable event planning across the organization. Ensure compliance with company policies, risk management requirements, and financial controls throughout the event lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Event Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing corporate meetings and events, strategic sourcing, travel management, hospitality, procurement, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating venue, hotel, and supplier contracts
  • Experience managing group travel and complex meeting logistics
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing reports, dashboards, and program metrics

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience implementing or administering meetings, travel, or event technology platforms (Cvent, Groupize, HRS, Navan, etc.)
  • Experience leveraging automation, AI, or workflow technology to improve business processes
  • Professional certifications such as CMP, CMM, or related credentials
