Job Summary

Contribute to the overall event product by managing speaker onboarding, panel management, and curating content like webinars and whitepapers. Conduct targeted market research to identify trends and recommend new themes, while building a network of senior industry contacts. Liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality event delivery and own the product timeline for your function. Coordinate with partners and suppliers to deliver a seamless experience on site and support event administration.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' experience in B2B events, marketing, or product management
  • Strong interest in technology, telecoms, or digital infrastructure sectors
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Confident communicator
  • Analytical mindset
  • Deadline and target-driven
  • Proactive and hard-working individual
  • Capable of delivering a high volume of content
  • Willing to run the extra mile when required
  • Personable, reliable team player
  • 3 days a week in the London office
  • Possible international travel

  • Experience analysing audience feedback and translating it into improvements to content, features, or participant experience
  • Experience contributing to the creation of commercial value propositions
  • Experience conducting targeted market research to identify audience trends, competitive developments, and potential partners
  • Experience tracking industry topics including AI, connectivity, data centres, sustainability, regulation
  • Experience building a network of senior industry contacts
  • Experience in sponsorship sales
  • Experience writing marketing messaging and copy for cross-channel campaigns
  • Experience liaising with internal teams including content, operations, marketing, and design
  • Experience owning the product timeline for a function
  • Experience coordinating with partners and suppliers
  • Experience updating websites, registering speakers, and ensuring event platforms are updated
  • Experience managing event product features including conference, meeting spaces, and exhibition
