Job Summary
Events Preparation Trainee will assist in the preparation and organization of international events and exhibitions, coordinating with suppliers and colleagues abroad. You will learn to work with Salesforce and Asana, manage contacts, prepare documents and reporting, and support event logistics from materials to inventory. Occasional live event participation in Prague (max. 2× annually) is expected. You will contribute to the preparation of corporate events, conferences and trade shows in the region (EMEA), communicating with suppliers and international teammates, and using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). The role offers exposure to international events and a collaborative team environment, with flexible scheduling around 20 hours per week and potential remote work after onboarding.
