Job Summary
Events & Partnerships Manager to own end-to-end brand events and partnerships for RIXO. Plan and execute intimate community dinners to collection launches and large-scale activations, build and manage a partnerships pipeline across hospitality, media, retail, lifestyle and culture, negotiate deals, manage delivery and measure return. Collaborate with brand, marketing, retail, PR and founders to ensure activations are on-brand and impactful. Build a reliable supplier network, manage budgets with discipline, and drive content and CRM/community value beyond the event. Requires 3–5 years in brand events/partnerships/experiential or activations, excellent negotiation and project-management skills, and a strong commercial sensibility. Hybrid on-site work in London with a focus on culturally relevant events that elevate the brand.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in brand events, partnerships, experiential or activations, ideally in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or culture
- demonstrated ability to plan, produce and deliver end-to-end events
- experience identifying and negotiating partnerships across hospitality, media, retail, lifestyle and culture
- ability to manage budgets and supplier networks
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- ability to collaborate across brand, marketing, retail, PR, social and founders’ teams
- understanding of how events drive brand equity and business impact
