Own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the attendee experience; manage supplier research, negotiation, budgeting, event planning, on-site support, and the organisation of a 40-person volunteer team; operate onsite in London with UK work permit and strong focus on delivery, logistics, and stakeholder coordination; develop and sustain relationships with suppliers, venues, and internal teams; grow professionally within a startup-like environment with internal promotion opportunities; travel to conferences abroad as part of the role; requires exceptional organisation, clear verbal and written communication, and project-management capabilities.
