Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of a portfolio of high-impact events at UW, including university-wide programs, donor and stewardship events, and community experiences. Manage projects from concept to completion with timelines, cross-functional coordination, and budgets; design engaging event experiences aligned with UW branding; oversee logistics (venues, contracts, transportation, catering, security, guest experience); supervise on-site execution with vendors, staff, and volunteers; drive production planning (lighting, audio/visual, power) and collaborate with campus partners on audience engagement and integrated communications; recruit and lead production assistants and volunteers; manage guest services and RSVP logistics for high-profile event series; require Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience; hybrid work schedule with two days in office and three days telework per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree AND three (3) years of experience in event and/or production management or related field.
