Events Manager

Events Manager at Van Cleef & Arpels responsible for leading the planning and execution of impactful regional events, developing and implementing the annual events strategy, and ensuring alignment with the Maison’s standards of excellence. You will collaborate with Marketing, Retail and cross-functional teams to create engaging client and business experiences, manage multiple projects from concept through execution, lead event teams and external agencies, negotiate budgets with suppliers, monitor performance, ensure compliance with policies and H&S standards, and contribute innovative ideas to elevate the Maison’s events and client experiences. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality luxury experiences, strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders, ownership, and a balance of creativity with operational excellence.
