Job Summary
Events Manager responsible for end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall attendee experience. Responsibilities include supplier research and management, contract negotiation, budget review and cost control, coordinating with venue staff, providing on-site support to ensure events run smoothly, hiring and managing a 40-person volunteer team, planning sponsored VIP events, coordinating promotional materials and signage, inventory tracking, and overall event logistics. Opportunity to work in-person at our London HQ, with travel to conferences overseas and a fast-paced, growth-oriented team environment. Strong emphasis on communication, organisation, and project management, with UK work permit required.
