Job Summary
Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for domestic and international events including retreats, workshops, masterminds, and team gatherings. Own the full event lifecycle including venue selection, experience design, run of show, and on-site execution. Partner with Brand and Creative leadership to align event vision, branding, and gifting experiences. Manage multi-currency budgets with Accounting, build and maintain detailed timelines and planning systems, and serve as the on-site lead for flagship events. Oversee all event logistics (catering, accommodations, transportation, A/V, and materials), vendor sourcing and contracts, attendee communications with Client Success, gifting programs, shipping logistics, inventory, and timely delivery of materials. Provide regular updates to leadership and contribute to broader operational strategy. Travel domestically and internationally.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or meeting planning
- Proven experience leading multi-day corporate events and high-touch client experiences
- Strong budget management and vendor negotiation experience, including six- to seven-figure budgets
- Experience using AI tools to improve planning, communication, or operational efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling client-facing work
- Strong problem-solving ability with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
