Job Summary
As Events Manager, lead end-to-end execution of luxury wellness events and partnerships to elevate the Next Health brand. Own planning, logistics, vendor/sponsor management, budgeting, and performance evaluation to drive brand awareness, member experiences, and business results. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Membership, and Leadership to deliver high-impact events that reinforce a premium, health-focused brand. Build exceptional guest, member, and partner experiences, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and leverage data to optimize future initiatives. Serve as a brand ambassador and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize ROI and community impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of event management experience.
- Experience planning luxury, hospitality, wellness, healthcare, fitness, or lifestyle events preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully executing events that drive measurable business outcomes and managing vendor relationships and event budgets.
