Job Summary
Events Manager responsible for directing banquet and guest-service operations, ensuring proper setup and presentation of banquet areas, managing staff performance and development, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Key duties include supervising staff, coordinating hiring/training/scheduling, ensuring professional appearance and confidentiality, communicating with guests and departments to fulfill special event arrangements, inspecting table set-ups, and maintaining logs. Requires strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and ability to move and lift objects, with supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED.
