Job Summary
Develop, manage, and lead an Event Department team of Demonstrators to promote Signature Bath Solutions' home improvement brand at in-person shows, fairs, and festivals throughout the Pennsylvania territory. Find and book new events for every weekend within your designated area, then engage patrons at promotional booths to generate leads, schedule appointments, and drive sales. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor your team while ensuring booth setup and teardown meet standards. Plan and coordinate schedules for yourself and your staff, and weekly track productivity, labor, inventory, and budget to achieve set goals. Maintain open communication with supervision and other departments. Must work every weekend and live within a 30-minute drive of Mechanicsburg, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Team Management & Leadership experience
- Customer Service or Business-to-Customer Marketing experience
- Recruiting & Hiring experience
- Great interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Your Own Reliable Vehicle
- Ability to stand for extended hours while engaging customers at event booths
- At least basic computer literacy
- Must want to work every weekend
- Must live within a 30-minute drive of Mechanicsburg, PA
