Events Manager

Develop, manage, and lead an Event Department and team of Demonstrators to promote Signature Bath Solutions' home improvement brand at shows, fairs, and festivals throughout Pennsylvania. Find and book new events for every weekend within your designated territory, then engage patrons to generate leads, schedule appointments, and drive sales. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor your team while ensuring promotional booths are set up and removed professionally. Plan and coordinate schedules for yourself and your staff, then weekly track productivity, labor, inventory, and budget to meet set goals. Maintain open communication with supervision and other departments. Must work every weekend, hold a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle, and reside within a 30-minute drive of Mechanicsburg, PA.
