Events Manager

Develop, manage, and lead an Event Department and team of Demonstrators to promote Signature Bath Solutions' home improvement brand at in-person shows, fairs, and festivals throughout Pennsylvania. Find and book new events for every weekend within your designated territory, then recruit, hire, train, and mentor your team of Event Demonstrators. Engage patrons at promotional booths to generate leads, schedule appointments, and drive sales while ensuring booths are set up and removed professionally. Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules and calendars for yourself and your team, then weekly maintain, track, and report department productivity, labor, inventory, and budget. Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved. Maintain open communication with supervision and other departments. Must work every weekend and live within a 30-minute drive of Mechanicsburg, PA.
