Events Manager

Job Summary
Oversee planning and execution of B2B events including conferences, tradeshows, and our annual client summit; manage budgets, vendors, logistics, and on-site coordination; collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to define event strategies; develop event marketing materials and manage invitations, registrations, and attendee communications; monitor performance metrics, ROI, and post-event reporting; stay current with industry best practices and tech-enabled event experiences; ensure adherence to internal processes and cross-functional alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in event planning and management including hands-on experience managing conferences and tradeshow sponsorships in a B2B or corporate environment
- Experience in the employer benefits space or healthcare space is preferred
- Strong project management skills with ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Monday.com, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
