Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field required (may be substituted by 6 additional years of relevant experience)
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in corporate management of marketing, communications, advertisement and live event programs.
• An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies
• An understanding of luxury customer behavior and trends
• A history of thoughtful execution of innovative ideas
• Management of collaborative projects from ideation through planning and execution
• An understanding of the hospitality industry and trends
• Demonstrated success in large budget management
• Contract and manage third party vendors and onsite logistics
• Automotive and/or Luxury industry experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and planning skills
• Highly organized and high attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills in all Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Canva and Sharepoint
• Ability to manage and oversee several activities at the same time
• Ability to work with various stakeholders across different departments and organizations
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
• Works independently without frequent direction
• Ability to manage others effectively
