Job Summary
Senior Associate on the Commercial Banking event strategy team responsible for managing and activating complex events and strategic partnerships across Innovation Economy segments. Responsibilities include acting as strategy lead for initiatives, managing budgets, coordinating event logistics, developing differentiated agendas and content, supporting speaker selection and preparation, on-site execution, data collection/validation, ROI analysis, attendee management, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver brand awareness and drive business growth for clients, prospects, partners and the firm. The role requires travel (~20%), strong project management and communication skills, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable next steps. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years or work experience in event/sponsorship management, marketing or communications; banking or financial services
