Events Management Associate responsible for leading planning and coordination of meetings within the Conference Center, serving as the single point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal partners (catering, AV, facilities), and ensuring exceptional service and flawless event execution. Emphasizes high-touch customer service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, meticulous organization, proactive issue resolution, and effective use of EMS for reservations and reporting. Requires client interaction, ability to manage guest experiences, and flexibility to cover conference-center hours with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and seamless event operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Minimum four years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry, 5-Star Hotels, Event Planning, and Food & Beverage with high-touch customer service
