Job Summary
Repp the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups by setting up and breaking down event setups, managing cake pars, and driving sales through active up-selling. Maintain high energy while standing, walking, and moving during all events, ensuring customers fall in love with the product. Travel between bakeries in Cobb, Cherokee, Bartow, Fulton, Hall, and Dawson counties as needed, with reliable transportation required. Work weekends and evenings, earning $15/hour Monday–Friday or $20/hour for Saturday, Sunday, and post-8 PM shifts, plus performance bonuses. Mileage reimbursement applies for locations beyond 35 miles. Join a fun, fast-paced team that values each other.
Required Qualifications
- Sales-savvy with actual experience
- Naturally outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy
- Driven AF – you like to win, and you don't stop until you do
- Totally down to work weekends
- Cool with traveling between all of our counties we have bakeries in when needed
- Got that reliable transportation
- Comfortable lifting event supplies, setting up tents, etc.
