Job Summary
Lead engaging on-site cake-assembly and event sales at local events, markets, and pop-ups for Nothing Bundt Cakes. Responsibilities include representing the brand, setting up and breaking down event setups (tables, signage, tents), tracking event activity and cake pars, driving sales with a high-energy, promotional approach, building local relationships through community meetings and local marketing efforts, contributing content ideas for social media, and supporting promotional activities. Requires sales-minded, energetic, customer-focused individual who enjoys fast-paced environments, weekend work, and travel between nearby bakeries as needed. Starting pay is $15/hour with event bonuses.
