Job Summary
Execute a significant supporter event in Washington, DC in May 2027 while supporting the Employee Experience and Events team. Review and adapt travel best practices for IJM staff, assist with administrative coordination of Arlington Office Operations, conduct vendor research, and complete other projects as assigned. This fully in-person or hybrid role (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) requires 40 hours per week during standard business hours from January 11 – May 7, 2027. Interns receive a monthly stipend to defray expenses. Candidates must hold at least two years of undergraduate study, possess event management experience, and demonstrate a mature orthodox Christian faith aligned with the organization's safeguarding principles.
Required Qualifications
- Completed at least two years of undergraduate study by the start of their internship
- At least one prior professional internship experience
- Significant leadership experience in extracurricular, campus, volunteer, or community-based organizations
- Ability to commit to a schedule consistent with the required time commitment listed above (20, 30, or 40 hours per week during standard business hours)
