Job Summary
Support the execution of conferences, customer dinners, forums, and community activations by managing planning documents, timelines, checklists, guest lists, and registrations. Coordinate with venues, caterers, speakers, and suppliers while preparing materials, signage, and welcome packages. Be on-site during events to ensure smooth experiences for guests and speakers, and take ownership of specific workstreams from initial concept to final guest departure. Document lessons learned to improve future activations. This hands-on role offers direct access to decision-makers within Langdock's Berlin office, where you will help shape the community that connects over 10,000 companies using our AI platform.
Required Qualifications
- You are currently studying or have recently graduated
- Ideally in event management, marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or a related field
- You communicate clearly and professionally in both German and English
