Job Summary
Two paid Events Interns to support the delivery of a major ecology conference (Annual Meeting) as part of the Events Team. Responsibilities include administering event bookings and confirmations in CRM, managing the events inbox, creating pre-conference information, arranging conference materials, assisting with the online conference agenda, supporting online and onsite delegate activities, maintaining registrations and invoice data, and creating/updating webpages with copy and images. The role involves assisting with online conference platform setup and providing onsite and online delegate support, with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management and customer service in a hybrid London-based role.
