Job Summary
Lead on-site coordination of resort events and catering for weddings, conferences, and group meetings; represent the venue during events, coordinate pre-event planning and execution, manage BEOs and group/event profiles, liaise between Sales, Marketing, Special Events, and vendors, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through detailed communication, planning, and operational oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Business field
- Expert experience in Catering or Conference Services Management
- Knowledge of Forbes and service management
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Valid Driver’s License
