Job Summary
Repp the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups by setting up and breaking down tables, signage, tents, and cake displays. Manage cake pars, maintain organization, and communicate effectively while bringing high energy and a sales-driven approach to every conversation. Make people fall in love with the cakes through direct engagement and support local online efforts by contributing social media content ideas, capturing photos, and driving in-bakery engagement. Weekend availability is required, with potential travel between Billings and Bozeman bakeries. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Sales-savvy with actual experience
- Naturally outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy
- Driven – you like to win, and you don't stop until you do
- Totally down to work weekends
- Cool with traveling between our Billings and soon-to-be Bozeman bakeries when needed
- Got that reliable transportation
- A clean driving record
- Comfortable lifting event supplies, setting up tents, etc.
