Job Summary
Lead on-site activation operations for The Porch touring program, directing load-in, setup, and teardown of the Gorilla Cube XL environment while ensuring all assets meet brand standards. Manage Brand Ambassadors and event staff through pre-event briefings, real-time coaching, and performance monitoring to deliver a high-quality consumer experience. Serve as the primary liaison between the program, venue personnel, and retail partners to resolve operational issues proactively and maintain compliance with age-verification and regulatory requirements. Oversee coupon distribution, prepaid card controls, and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate reporting and settlement. Complete daily documentation, capture event photography, and coordinate asset movement across multiple Texas markets. This seasonal role requires extensive travel, weekend availability, and a valid driver's license, with company-paid lodging and per diem included.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading touring, experiential, mobile marketing, or multi-market activation programs
- Experience managing Brand Ambassadors, event staff, and local labor crews in live event environments
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience serving as the primary point of contact for clients, venues, or external partners
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience handling compliance procedures, promotional controls, inventory accountability, and event reporting
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including weekends and extended event schedules
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Be at least 21 years old
- Reliable transportation
