Job Summary
Lead on-site activation operations for The Porch touring program, managing load-in, setup, and teardown of the Gorilla Cube XL environment while ensuring strict brand compliance. Direct local labor teams, including Brand Ambassadors, through pre-event briefings and real-time coaching to maintain high-quality consumer experiences. Serve as the primary liaison between the program, venue personnel, and retail partners to resolve operational issues proactively. Oversee coupon distribution, prepaid card controls, and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and program integrity. Complete all required documentation, photography, and asset tracking within established deadlines. This seasonal role requires extensive travel across Texas markets from mid-August to late October, with Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday schedules and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading touring, experiential, mobile marketing, or multi-market activation programs
- Experience managing Brand Ambassadors, event staff, and local labor crews in live event environments
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience serving as the primary point of contact for clients, venues, or external partners
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience handling compliance procedures, promotional controls, inventory accountability, and event reporting
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including weekends and extended event schedules
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within regulated industries such as tobacco, alcohol, cannabis, or similar categories
- Mobile marketing, trailer activation, or touring event experience
- Familiarity with age-verification technology and compliance systems
